Two taps to track
Pick the client, tap start. A Live Activity keeps the timer on your Lock Screen, and a widget shows today's hours on the Home Screen. Forgot to start it? Add the hours by hand.
The month, as your client sees it
Hours, rate, amount per client, one total per currency. Rounding rules per client, never a hidden exchange rate.
Tracked → invoiced → paid
Mark each client's month as you go. Working Hours & Clients warns you if hours change after you invoiced, so you re-export before sending.
Export for the invoice
CSV for the spreadsheet, PDF as the attachment — for one client or all of them. Same numbers as on screen, to the cent.
Your data is a file
Back up to a single file you own and can restore anywhere. iCloud sync between your own devices, on by default and one tap from off, so a reinstall finds your hours.
Start from Siri or a Shortcut
"Start tracking Acme" and "Stop tracking" are App Intents — say them, put them on a Shortcut, or on a Back Tap. No app switch.

Privacy
Working Hours & Clients collects no data. There is no account, no analytics and no crash reporting. Your hours, clients and rates live on your device and nowhere else — no part of your ledger is ever sent anywhere.
The app makes one outbound request, and only when you ask for it: opening Support or Privacy Policy inside the app shows this page. That request carries nothing but the request itself, and this page sets no cookies.
Sync with iCloud is on by default and can be turned off in Settings. While it is on, Working Hours & Clients mirrors the ledger into the private iCloud storage of your own Apple account so a reinstall or your other iPhone or iPad sees the same entries. We have no server and no way to read that data; only you and Apple's iCloud infrastructure ever hold it. Sync runs while the app is open, not in the background.
The one-time unlock is a standard App Store in-app purchase, handled by Apple. Working Hours & Clients stores a single flag on your device recording that it was bought.
The App Store privacy label for Working Hours & Clients is therefore Data Not Collected. This page is static and sets no cookies.
Support
Working Hours & Clients is made by one person, who also answers the email. Write to cosminiulian1998@icloud.com and you will hear back from the person who wrote the app — usually within two working days.
Before writing about a wrong total: Settings' Email a bug report… attaches two files to the message — the app's log and a backup of your ledger. It is the only way to reproduce a ledger, since none of it leaves your phone otherwise.
Terms
Use of Working Hours & Clients is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The unlock is a one-time purchase, yours to keep on every device signed into the same Apple account; use Restore purchase on the unlock screen to bring it across.
